Structural Systems
We assess the foundation, walls, ceilings, attic, doors, windows, roof, and visible framing. This helps uncover signs of movement, water intrusion, or deterioration.
Electrical Systems
We inspect panels, breakers, outlets, visible wiring, grounding, and GFCI protection to ensure safe and functional electrical performance.
HVAC Systems
We examine the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for efficiency, safety, and functionality, including ductwork and thermostat controls.
Plumbing Systems
We check fixtures, supply lines, drainage, water heaters, and visible pipes for leaks, wear, and proper operation—helping prevent future water damage or costly repairs.
Inspections You Can Trust
We take professionalism seriously—which is why we’re proud to be certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. This certification is more than just a credential; it’s a promise that we hold ourselves to the highest standards in the industry. As a member, we complete ongoing training and education to stay sharp on building science, inspection techniques, and evolving codes. We also adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, ensuring that every inspection is thorough, objective, and in your best interest.
Drone Technology
Safer, Smarter Roof Inspections
Not every roof is safe, or even possible, to walk. That’s why we use drone technology when needed to inspect areas that are high, steep, or otherwise difficult to access. With high-resolution aerial images, we can document damage, wear, or defects that would be impossible to see from the ground. It also adds an extra layer of transparency to our reports by providing detailed visuals that help you see exactly what we see.
Additional Services
When a Closer Look is Needed
Not every home or building is the same—and sometimes, you need deeper insight. That’s where our specialized inspections come in. These add-on services help identify hidden issues, meet insurance requirements, and protect your investment beyond the basics.
WDOs Inspection
We check for visible signs of wood-destroying organisms like termites or beetles—critical for both buyer peace of mind and lender requirements.
Pool & Spa Inspections
We evaluate structure, pumps, heaters, filters, safety barriers, and controls to make sure your pool is both safe and functional.
Mold Sampling
If there are signs of moisture, musty odors, or health concerns, we take air or surface samples for certified lab testing and analysis.
New Construction Inspections
We inspect at key phases during a build to ensure quality, catch problems early, and protect your interests throughout construction.
Sewer Scope Inspections
Using a camera, we inspect the home’s main sewer line to detect clogs, root intrusion, or pipe damage—a smart move for older homes.
Property Condition Assessments
A high-level overview of building systems and general condition, ideal for commercial or multi-unit properties.
